General Catering Policies
Our menus are served buffet style and prices are based on events guaranteeing between 50-200 people. There will be a $25 delivery fee for groups less than 50. All orders may be picked up at no extra charge. The number of guests must be guaranteed 72 hours prior to the event. Charges are based on the number of guaranteed guests. Additional guests will be added to your bill. There will be no charge for children 5 and under.
Jobs outside a 25 mile radius will include a mileage fee. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your catering event however the deposit is refundable with a 72 hour cancellation notice.
A serving time of 2 hours is scheduled for each event with fewer than 100 guests . If additional set up and serving time is required there will be an additional charge of $25.00 per hour. We provide tables, tablecloths, serving equipment and utensils for the buffet line.
Our price per meal includes. Heavy duty disposable plates or clear plastic. Plastic utensils, paper napkins, cups, ice, full service delivery and cleanup. There will be an additional charge for china, glass, stainless, linens and decorations.
Having enough food is our responsibility. We always prepare more food than we expect to use, therefore we cannot release leftover food to you or your guests. This is a policy set by the Health Dept. due to food temp. and holding conditions.SugarBeets would like to thank you for your time and we appreciate your business.
